• Batteries are new, but the age of them are unknown.
  
• We tested some of the batteries and they seemed to work fine, but we are unable to test each battery before shipping because you cannot ship a battery with acid.
• Disclosure: We have had a few customers that received batteries that are unable to hold a charge.
• Sold as is! These batteries have now warranty or guarantees.
