The Puig R19 Frame Sliders are strategically designed to fit between a motorcycle’s stock handlebars and foot pegs. This unique positioning ensures that in the event of a crash the stock foot pegs can fold up while keeping the handlebars and controls above the ground. This setup effectively directs the majority of the impact onto the nylon slider, minimizing damage. These mid-length sliders are adept at avoiding snags on uneven surfaces, a common issue with longer frame sliders that can lead to the bike flipping in the air. Puig’s consideration extends to both the bike and the rider’s safety. The Puig R19 Frame Sliders incorporate a rubber bumper cap to prevent knee and shin injuries resulting from impact during a crash.
